The company was established in 1991 as a partnership and became a close corporation in 1995. Between the owners, Jenny and Tracy, they have over 21 years experience in the recruitment industry. The agency fulfills a unique niche in the recruitment industry by providing a personalized, professional service. Over and above the recruitment divisions, we also have an accredited training division, Broad Spectrum Training. Being an authorized training facility your company can benefit financially by claiming back a portion of the company’s Skills Development Levies from SARS on all training conducted by our organisation.We offer courses on the full MS Office package and Pastel Accounting. Not only can these courses be conducted on our premises, they can also be done on our clients’ premises.

Our focus is on quality and not quantity and we follow a policy of submitting a few, thoroughly screened candidates for any given position. Should we not be able to meet the inherent requirements for a specific job specification, we will advertise the position, using both written and electronic media, and make every effort to submit CV’s as soon as possible.
